Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, pricing, workmanship and customer service. If there is a problem with work at your home, start by raising it with the provider directly, and keep written notes.

We will confirm by email that your complaint arrived, usually within a few business days. We then review what happened, which may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. Your state's contractor licensing board may help with licensed providers.
